Story
The Jackal is an elusive assassin who makes his living by pulling off heists for the highest pay. He soon meets his match in a tenacious British intelligence officer who follows him on a thrilling cat-and-mouse chase across Europe. “The Day of the Jackal”; the novel is set in 1963 and was about an assassination attempt on the then French President, Charles de Gaulle.

At what point did we stop enjoying movies and TV shows because they were “perfect”; the standards were not met. This is not a perfect award-winning cat-and-mouse drama, but it in no way deserves the reviews it is getting. As soon as I read one review that said Eddie Redmayne should try acting, I knew the rest were just troll reviews.
People who have nothing better to do than spread negativity
Eddie Redmayne is a breath of fresh air in every movie I’ve seen him in. It’s a pleasure to watch him star in a TV series. Unfortunately, negative trolls are the reason so many decent shows get cancelled because most people choose to judge a show by the review rather than their own opinion.
I was not disappointed
My advice would be to ignore all the reviews and watch the show yourself. Be the judge of your own opinion. A new season of “Silo” is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
